Whether you’re a gym member or not, come along, work out and have fun.

Inside Active is offering complimentary Pilates classes throughout May, every Monday at 16:00 and Tuesday at 12:15, in the gym on the 7th floor.

Classes will cover mat Pilates, wall pilates and ball pilates for all fitness levels.

All you need is comfortable clothing and a willingness to show up!
