It’s time to complete your mandatory training

Finish your training and stay ahead.

The first two mandatory compliance training courses on SHE Policy and Bullying, Harassment and Victimisation, are now available. Please ensure both modules are completed by Friday, 6 June.

These courses are essential parts of your role and are designed to protect both you and the organisation. Completing assigned compliance training and adhering to Group policies are expectations of everyone working at Anglo American. This is a shared responsibility to ensure we reduce any risk to our colleagues, our business and our reputation.

Please note that non-completion of any of these mandatory courses may result in a 5% reduction in the amount of bonus paid as well as impact your final performance rating.
