Changes to canteen cards

Revised canteen card process.

Please note that we have experienced ongoing challenges with the canteen cash management system. To streamline our processes and enhance both efficiency and security, we will be discontinuing the loading of credit onto access cards with immediate effect.

Any funds currently available on your access cards can still be used until 31 October 2025. After this date, the cards will no longer support cash transactions.
